• Assisting  patient’s families with regards to nursing procedures
• Informing and educating families with regards to nursing treatments
• Assist in patient’s daily activities which include:
  • Showering
  • Bed sponging
  • Changing of diapers
  • Two hours turning of bed for patient
  • Oral feeding
  • Accompanying for doctor’s consultation
• Other personal care services for patients which include:
  • Wounds dressing
  • Tube related services – cleaning and draining of urine bag, cleaning and changing of feeding bag, changing of stoma bag
  • Monitoring of vital signs, fluid Intake and urinary output
  • Administration of IV antibiotics
  • Nasogastric tube insertion
  • Urinary catheterisation
• Follow up visits as per requested
• Providing moral support and comfort at all times for patients under palliative care
